I and my family live in a beautiful city villa (terraced home) with private swimming pool on a secured gated community; a village called “The Meadows”.
It is a great community with detached homes; terraced villas; and even some duplex houses. Good security and excellent residential facilities such as communal swimming pool; gym, fitness and training center. There is a sales office onsite where residential services are provided for all residents of this sub-division; including rental services and property management and maintenance services.
Very professional. The quality of the properties is very high; they are very comfortable and well built.
When I bought this dwelling I did not think about its high investment return. As a realtor I know that properties in the right location earn good returns and high yields. Pattaya realty scores high as the prices are very fair compared to other destinations in South East Asia.
Meanwhile my house’s capital appreciation gained some 30% profit (increase) from when I bought it. That’s an excellent return I would say. Perhaps because of the value of land plots and parcels is rising all the time. Many investors are ‘land banking’ and making good investment returns in their land property portfolio. Commercial investments return good profit margins if the business is operated successfully or many clients purchase an apartment building or apartment complex for long term or short term (holiday) rentals; also making good profits. The pattaya rental market is very healthy and especially the corporate market with their executives and management is constantly looking for high quality rental homes and villas or luxury (sea / beach front) high-end condos with ocean views.
Luxury living in Pattaya city is affordable, safe, enjoyable and great!
