The Meadows is an established, mid-sized house and villa project located in Nong Prue area near Soi Siam Country Club. Completed around 2007, the project consists of approximately 46 to 47 detached homes, duplexes, and "City-Villas," noted for their elegant, modern European-influenced design and high-quality construction. Unit types primarily feature 2-bedroom to 4-bedroom layouts with spacious living areas. The community promotes a quality lifestyle through its recreational center, which includes a tropical communal swimming pool, a residents' club lounge, and a gymnasium, all set within fully landscaped, manicured tropical gardens.
