After 23 years serving the Pattaya property market, Town & Country Property has opened a new Coastal Property Outlet at Ocean Marina Jomtien, bringing its services closer to the Na Jomtien and Bangsaray coastal communities.
Some business ideas start with a spreadsheet. Others start with good friends, a sunset cruise and perhaps a glass of wine.
For me, opening our new Ocean Marina Coastal Property Outlet feels a little like coming home.
A familiar place, long before it became business
I've been a frequent visitor to Ocean Marina for many years. I've sailed from here with friends, enjoyed chartered yacht outings, sunset trips, drinks and dinners. Even some of our early Movers & Shakers gatherings had a connection to the boating scene.
Through the Eastern Seaboard Business Club, of which I've been a member for more than a decade, I also became friends with Harbour Master Scott Finsten. His enthusiasm for the marina and the wider marine community has added to my own appreciation of the place.
Ocean Marina is one of the genuine landmarks of the Eastern Seaboard. Its yachts, waterfront setting, residential towers and lively programme of events bring a different dimension to the Pattaya region. It is a place for boat owners, but also for visitors, friends, families and people who simply enjoy the coastal lifestyle.
As a property professional, I've naturally followed the residential side of Ocean Marina too, including the San Marino and Portofino condominium buildings.
Why Ocean Marina, why now?
Town & Country Property was established in Pattaya in 2003. From our long-standing base in Jomtien, we work with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants across Pattaya, Jomtien, Na Jomtien and Bangsaray.
Opening an additional presence at Ocean Marina is a natural extension of that work. People attracted to sailing and coastal leisure may also be interested in a second home, a condominium, a private villa, land or an investment property. They may simply want trustworthy local advice.
There is another interesting distinction. Ocean Marina's official tenant directory describes a complex with more than 40 businesses, most of them serving the marine sector. At the time of writing, Town & Country Property is the only business listed in the directory's Property category. That makes us a natural point of contact for visitors whose interests extend beyond their boats.
The marina has also published a dedicated Town & Country Property tenant profile.
A coastal property showcase, not a conventional branch
Our new outlet is located at Shop Unit 8, Ocean Marina Jomtien, Na Jomtien. It is designed primarily as a property showcase, with selected listings, illuminated displays and QR codes connecting visitors directly to our property portfolio and team.
Private viewings and personal consultations can be arranged by appointment. Our established Jomtien Complex office remains our main operational base.
The idea is simple: make it easier for visitors and residents along this part of the coast to discover the right property and speak with an experienced local team.
More than yachts
One of the things I enjoy most about Ocean Marina is that it never feels like just a place to park a boat. Sailing events, music, classic cars, open days and social gatherings all bring people together and contribute to Pattaya's appeal as a place to visit, live and invest.
In September we published an Expert Views interview with Harbour Master Scott Finsten, exploring the wider opportunities for Pattaya as a marine destination. Our new outlet is a small but meaningful way of becoming part of that future.
Will it bring us new clients and property transactions? I certainly hope so. Will it create new friendships and strengthen our name along the coast? That would be valuable in itself.
After more than two decades in business, I still believe relationships and being part of the community matter enormously.
I'm delighted that Town & Country Property is now part of the Ocean Marina family.
And if a property conversation starts over a sunset drink overlooking the yachts, I certainly won't complain.
