💗enough power outlets and lighting switches, the developer did not have outlets in the bathroom and not enough around the house, I’ve changed that.
💗kithen is one of the things I love the most in this house. It was designed and built by Boonthavorn one of the tops home store who has quality built-in interior team in Thailand. The white countertop, the red high glossy caninets and drawers, the black stone sink, and all top-grade appliances were selected by myself and have never once let me down, everything is still in great use until now from the first day.
💗bathrooms are in higher standard to developers. A-grade tiles and fixtures. Water boilers for the rain showers are built to hide under the sinks for the luxurious and safety.

💗heat insolation was installed to cover the hole roof.
💗the house is a corner plot, so you have less neighbors and it has enough space for a small swimming pool if the new owner wants one.

💗situated 3 minutes from motorway no.7 exit and entrance, it’s so easy to get to the heart of Pattaya city, you can make your day without having to worry if you would hit the road on the wrong time and stuck for ages on the road trying to cross the railway track like in many other areas across the city.
💗very easy access for main roads and highway to airports, Bangkok, Rayong, and every other city in the eastern seaboard.
💗Bangkok Hospital Pattaya is only 5 minutes away. Being this close to a good hospital has saved my life from stroke, I got hit with stroke and my doctor was able to save me only because I reached him fast enough and I am 100% fine, living life gratefully to the location I picked to live.
