After returning to America. I decided to used Town & Country Property located at Jomtien Complex Condotel to sell my condo in Thailand. Mr. C.T. Cuijpers was my agent. And completing the sale. While l was living in America. I gave him my power of attorney. He worked professionally and complete the sale. And then he wires the money to my American Bank. All went well. And I would use Town & Country Property again if needed.

1 year after thailand has opened borders again the country is full of foreigners and many want to rent or buy Thai properties. The market is very busy. While some of the apartments I looked at 1 year ago are still available many advertisements are outdated. When you want to get something nice you need to work on it. I had the best ever agent finding me this incredible charming pool house in Na-Jomtien. Small but size matters and it's really so cute. Everyday i wake up its like im at a resort, open doors to living room and 1 step im in the pool... Life is good. For the agents service i say 6* of 5*.
