About Town & Country Property
Dear Friends, Neighbors and Future Clients,
When I look back to 2003, when Town & Country Property first opened its doors on South Pattaya Road, I sometimes wonder where the time went.
Pattaya has changed enormously since then. So have we. But one thing has never changed: real estate is, and always will be, a people business.
We listen first.
Whether someone is looking for a holiday condo, a family home, an investment or simply wants honest advice about whether they should buy at all, our job is to understand what genuinely fits.
Over the years, Town & Country Property has done much more than brokerage. We have been involved as developer and co-developer in residential projects including The Meadows, Whispering Palms and The Residence Jomtien, representing more than 125 completed homes and residences.
That experience gave us something unusual for a real estate agency. We have been there and done it.
We understand development from the inside. We know what goes into creating a successful project, where quality matters, where corners can be cut and which details continue to matter many years after completion.
It also means we have longstanding relationships with many fellow developers. In many ways we share the same DNA. We understand their world, and that experience helps us recognise genuine quality in the properties and developments available on the market today.
Our own developments were completed and sold out many years ago. Today our job is simple: listen carefully, understand the client and find the property that truly matches.
Along the way, Town & Country Property has received numerous awards and recognitions, both for our real estate work and for our contribution to the business community. I am proud of those moments, but even after more than two decades, the greatest compliment remains a client coming back to us or recommending us to someone else.
Integrity remains at the centre of how we work. I have always believed in the simple rule that what goes around, comes around. Be straightforward, give honest advice and treat people the way you would want to be treated yourself.
After more than 23 years in Pattaya, that philosophy has served us rather well.
